Before we setup the lights and cameras, we want to get to know your team so that we can select an appropriate membership tier.

The process begins with a 30-minute discovery call where we get to know each other. We’ll discuss your business, brand, and how our content can add value. By the end, we’ll recommend the membership tier that best suits your needs.
Initial Sync Session
To create content that aligns with your company’s vision, goals, and aesthetics, it’s crucial that we take time to discuss your overall content strategy. The more we understand your direction, the better we can produce content that truly resonates.

Each month, your 51st & Eighth content team will work with you to plan, create, edit and deliver content that is relevant to your business goals.
Sync Session
Each month, we start by reviewing the previous month’s analytics to assess the impact of our content. Using this data, we make informed decisions for the upcoming month. This session is also an opportunity to revisit your business goals and refine our content pillars, ensuring we stay aligned with your strategy.
Production Days
On Production Days, our team joins you on-site to capture high-quality photo and video content. We arrive with a well-prepared game plan to ensure a productive and efficient shoot. Production Days can be scheduled anywhere in the greater Austin, TX area—whether it’s at your office, an event, or a job site.

Most shoots are conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need us to travel beyond Austin, we’re happy to accommodate, with travel expenses billed additionally.
Content Editing
After each production, we gear up with our favorite coffee and get to work on editing, ensuring every detail is perfected.
Delivery
All of your business’s content is securely stored in a dedicated Google Drive folder, providing you with easy and organized access whenever you need it.

What types of videos can we make?
Anything you need! We can combine videos to make a long form reel, or split them up to get a ton of bite sized content. If there's something you want to shoot, let us know! Don't have any ideas in mind? Don't worry–we'll work together to come up with a content calendar that fits your business goals.
What types of photos can we shoot?
Anything you need! From high volume e-commerce imagery to keep your site up to date, to elegant, refined photos for use on social media and print, we'll make it happen. If there's something you want to shoot, let us know! Don't have any ideas in mind? Don't worry–we'll work together to come up with a content calendar that fits your business goals.
How does the content get posted to social media?
Once the content is finalized, we provide you with all the files, organized and ready for easy posting. Most of our clients prefer to handle the posting themselves, ensuring they maintain full control over their social media presence. However, if you’re looking for additional support, we can discuss social media management as an add-on service.
How long does editing take?
Most of our content is delivered within 1-2 weeks. For high-priority needs, we can occasionally provide same or next-day turnaround, depending on the project scope and availability.
Why is it limited to Austin, TX?
We primarily focus on the Austin, TX area to maintain close relationships with our clients and ensure smooth, efficient communication. Working with a local agency allows us to offer quick turnarounds, in-person meetings, and a deeper understanding of the local market. However, we’re open to traveling for projects outside Austin, with travel expenses covered by the client. This flexibility allows us to serve your needs wherever you are while offering the benefits of working with a dedicated local team.
Who creates our content?
All of our content is created by our in-house team. From strategizing and planning to shooting and editing, we handle every step to ensure consistent quality and alignment with your brand.
How does the collaborative workspace work?
We use Trello as our collaborative workspace. Through Trello, you can submit content requests, track progress, give feedback, and upload any necessary brand assets. It’s a central hub where you’ll stay updated on each step of the project, from planning to delivery, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Are there any long term contracts?
No, we don’t require long-term contracts or commitments. You’re free to pause or cancel your services at any time. Plus, you can easily scale your content needs up or down as your business evolves, ensuring flexibility that works for you.
Can a production day be on the weekend?
Most of our production days take place Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, for special events or unique requirements, we can accommodate shoots outside of this timeframe, including weekends, depending on availability.
Who owns the media that is created?
The client owns all media created as part of our social media packages. This ensures you have full rights to use the content across your platforms as you see fit.
Does unused deliverables and production time roll over?
Unused deliverables and production time don’t roll over to the next month. However, we understand that some months can be busier than others, so we’re always open to discussing how we can best meet your needs during those times.
How many hours is a Half Day Production?
A Half Day Production is 4 hours, which includes both setup and tear down time.
