What is the turnaround time on designs?
Most projects are delivered within 48 hours. Some complex designs require more time, but we'll check in often with updates and drafts.
Who creates the designs?
All of our designs are created by our in-house team. You'll have a direct line of communication with our team, and be able to send revisions and requests as soon as you see the designs.
What do we use to create your designs?
Our design tools vary by client and the ask. Most of our designs are created in Adobe Photoshop or Figma, however if you have a special request or need the source files, just let us know!
Are revisions included?
Yes! Unlimited revisions are included–we're a part of your team, and want to make sure you receive something everyone is happy with.
How does the Trello tool work?
For ongoing projects, you'll be onboarded to your dedicated Trello board. There, you'll be able to upload any necessary brand assets or details, and access shared files and notes. Requests are inputted one at a time, however feel free to add to your backlog of content to pull from. As we complete drafts or files, you'll be notified and can approve or comment on the note until we end up with something you love.
