How does the process work?
For production or larger design projects like logos and branding, we customize the process to fit your needs. Contact us to discuss a workflow that aligns with your goals.
What if my needs change after the project starts?
No problem! We understand that business needs can evolve. You can adjust your requests or priorities at any time during the project. Just let us know, and we’ll accommodate your new direction.
How fast will I receive the final product?
Most design requests are completed within two business days. However, complex projects may take longer. Production-related projects typically wrap up within two weeks of the kick-off call.
How does the design process work?
We start with an onboarding call to understand your needs. After setting goals, all design requests are managed through Trello. You can prioritize projects, request revisions, and add team members as needed. While most communication is asynchronous, we’re available for check-ins and production-related discussions.
Is there a limit to how many design requests I can have?
No, there’s no limit! Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like. We deliver them one by one, allowing you to adjust priorities as needed. Most projects take 24-48 hours, but more complex ones may take longer.
Do I have to be in Austin to work with you?
No, we work with brands nationwide! We travel for productions and handle pre-production, post-production, design, and strategy remotely. Austin-based clients enjoy the benefit of in-person meetings and easy product drop-offs.
What programs do you use?
We primarily use Adobe Photoshop and Figma, with Adobe Illustrator for specific needs. Motion projects are done in Adobe Premiere Pro. If you need project files, just ask before we begin.
Is there any work you don’t cover?
Yes, there are a few services we don’t handle in-house, like comprehensive website design, 3D modeling, animated graphics, complex packaging, and extensive print design. If your project falls outside our scope, we can connect you with trusted partners.
